Sheiko Gold will analyze your responses relative to previous responses, past training history, goals you’re working towards, and other relevant factors. The AI will then create the best workout for that moment to move you forwards. 3. With the right workout based on your past, present, and future in hand, it’s time to get to it. Log the workout in real-time as you go. Some small adjustments might be made to the weights and number of sets depending on how things go.
